HEAVENLYME jewelries are ALL MADE TO ORDER.
When you purchase any items from our store,
please allow us few days of making jewelries.
Our pieces are ALL HANDMADE by artisans.
If we need to restock the material, please allow us
7 days for shipping out from our Hawaii office.
If we have the items/materials in stock,
we will be shipping out within 1-2 business days.
Please check the item description before purchasing.
Shipping fee may vary depending on where to ship, weight and
dimension of the package.
You will be able to check the price when check out.

via USPS 3-5 day shipping First Class shipping with
tracking number on all orders

USPS first class shipping usually takes
10-21 Day(currently taking longer than usual) SHIPPING For INTERNATIONAL
with tracking number.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or
a local courier.

so the package will be received with your regular mail.
Please contact your nearest post office if you have not received
your items when tracking system show it was delivered.

a notice card may be left by the postal service

For expedite your shipment,
additional charge will apply to UPS carrier services.
UPS world express 5-7 day shipping with tracking number.
When you purchase $400 or more value of our items,
you will only be able to ship via Express International.

商品追跡番号にて日本国内に商品が到着したとみられる場合、
日本郵政がお客様のお届け先まで配達いたします。
商品が届かないなどの問題がある場合は、
最寄りの郵便局まで、追跡番号とお客様情報を提示し
お問い合わせください。
また、お届け先の住所入力は正確に記載されておらず
弊社に戻ってきた商品につきまして、
再度発送手数料をお客様にご請求させていただき、
お支払い頂いた上で
再発送とさせていただきます。
この場合の商品キャンセル、返金等は一切受付ませんので
ご了承ください。
$400以上の商品お買い求めくださるお客様は、
USPSのファーストクラスシッピングサービスは選択できません。
その際には、自動的にUPSでの発送となります。
その他ご購入希望のお客様でお会計時に
グローバル出荷・物流サービスUPS World Saver、EXPRESSを利用し、
お客様のお届け先まで３ー７日ほどでお届けが可能です。
プレオーダーアイテムをご購入の場合は、
マテリアル到着、ジュエリー作成が終了後
発送の準備とさせていただきますので
アイテム詳細を必ずお読みくださり、
商品が必ずしも７日以内で到着するとは限らないことを
ご了承くださいませ。

目安となりますので、実際にお届けが遅れてしまっても

日本のお客様、海外に住むお客様の返品交換は受け付けておりませんので
ご了承ください。万が一、不良品、破損して到着した商品の場合のみ
